Anisa Saba Abbasi comes from a small town, Ratodero in Sindh. After facing lifelong patriarchal attitudes and repeated discouragement, she persevered to reach IBA with the strong support of her family, especially her father. Guided by self-confidence and resilience, Anisa hopes to inspire others facing gender and regional stereotypes by sharing her personal experiences. Her writing also reflects a keen interest in world affairs and contemporary challenges, offering thoughtful perspectives on global issues.
