Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including your tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

We ship exclusively with Royal Mail. The available options are:

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at al.huda.bookstore.info@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a satisfactory solution.
